• Free-of-charge trials with customer's specific materials in a specially equipped workshop, in order to find and recommend the perfect tool;

• Consulting visits of our service technicians to customers´ production facilities or workshops;
• Organisation of product-related training courses and seminaries worldwide;
• Immediate investigation and analysis of customer complaints.
